Wisconsin Innovation Kitchen provides professional contract food manufacturing (co-packing) services to new food entrepreneurs, chefs, and other food companies in a safe, certified processing facility. We have a staff of 4 full-time culinary professionals.
Safety is our #1 priority. As much as we are providing our expertise in making food, our focus is making a product that is safe to consume. We follow strict guidelines for food safety and facility sanitation/sterilization.
Wisconsin Innovation Kitchen specializes in producing products (sauces, etc.) that can be cooked in kettles, pumped and automatically filled using only the safest methods and highest quality ingredients. We are not a large scale co-packer, and we pride ourselves on being an entry level processor. With that, we most often need to take a recipe that was developed in a home or restaurant kitchen and commercialize it for production. This will ensure not only consistency and quality, but food safety as well.
Bringing a product to commercialization will require the efforts of everyone. First and foremost, the client. Second, our in-house business support services provide that integral link between the client and the processing professionals. Most often the process can be challenging. However, working together and obtaining all of the necessary information in a timely manner, the product can be brought to fruition in a reasonable length of time.
