Mission and Goals

The mission of Wisconsin Innovation Kitchen

is to help existing food businesses and new food entrepreneurs develop and grow exciting, profitable food businesses that showcase the benefits of local foods and regional food systems.

The goals of Wisconsin Innovation Kitchen are:

  1. Design and build a local food processing and marketing infrastructure that creates profitable business opportunities for area businesses, farmers and food entrepreneurs.
  2. Highlight our area as a premier region for learning about and celebrating local foods, sustainable agriculture, and entrepreneurship.
  3. Support the mission of Hodan Community Services:  to provide and promote opportunities for work and personal development so that persons with disabilities can achieve individual life goals.
